A deal as a Katomic script: type on the left, and on the right is the v2 policy it compiles to, the dealId that policy hashes to, and what the signer's own validation says. Nothing here signs or raises anything — it turns text into a document. Load any published deal to see it as a script; the design note explains the grammar.
The script is never hashed — only the JSON it compiles to, canonicalised. Comments, blank lines and alignment are free. A deal is published when a site lists it in its deals/index.json; this page can only tell you which deal a script is, not make anyone sign it.
